1)

Social Media Specialist (1 person) 

Responsibilities:

·         Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

·         Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

·         Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

·         Create editorial calendars

·         Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information (report)

·         Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

·         Create digital activity

Requirements:

·         experience in social media

·         Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

·         Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

·         Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

·         Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability

2)      Forum Admin and Content Creation (1 person) 

Responsibilities:

·         Organized forum, keeping the site online

·         Interacting with and Responding to Members

·         Make articles content

·         Become a member of one or more online forums

·         Become an active participant of forum discussions

·         Demonstrate your knowledge to other forum members

·         Maintain a neutral, positive voice in the forum at all times

·         Remove spam

Requirements:

·         experience in forum about technology, smartphone, games, IT news

·         Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills

·         Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability

3)      Web Designer (1 person) 

Responsibilities :

·         Designing visually appealing responsive web pages, that support all kind of screen size, especially on mobile phone

·         Implementing available web template

·         Design css, and implement front end framework such as bootstrap

·         Working together as a team with web developer and visual designer to create full stack web application

Requirement:

·         Understand about front end web technology

·         Having knowledge on HTML, CSS, simple javascript and front end web framework is a must

·         Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and other related design & development tools is a must

·         Having knowledge about less and javascript is a plus

·         Having experience or knowledge with web template such as wordpress, magento, etc is a plus

·         Have web responsive design portfolio

4)      Digital Marketing Specialist 

Responsibilities:

·         Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.

·         Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.

·         Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.

·         Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.

·         Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs.

Requirements:

·         2 years of experience in digital marketing within the Telecommunications or High Tech industry.

·          Core Competency Requirements Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.

·         Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.

·         Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.

·         Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

·         Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Understanding SEO management
